Elizabeth is the In-House Attorney for Henin Homes and takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service to each and every client. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker for over 15 years, Elizabeth understands the business risks and provides a unique perspective to the practice of law.
Elizabeth focuses her practice as a transactional attorney representing local and national commercial real estate developers, home builders, owners, investors, commercial landlords & tenants, and businesses. Elizabeth also conducts personalized commercial and residential real estate closings.
Elizabeth’s services include a broad spectrum of real estate-related matters including contract drafting and negotiation, contract review, due diligence, plat review, title review, easements, development agreements, closing documents, commercial leasing, homeowners’ association documents, business acquisitions & sales, title & escrow services, title insurance, and commercial and residential real estate closings.
Elizabeth earned her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in the top 2.9% of her class, and received eight Book Awards. Elizabeth also earned a Certificate in Real Property and Environmental Sustainability, a Pro Bono Honors Award, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management.
