Christopher is the founding attorney for The Henin Law Firm and takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service to each and every client. Christopher focuses his practice as a transactional attorney representing local and national commercial real estate developers, home builders, owners, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and businesses. Christopher also conducts personalized Circuit and County mediations as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Mediator. Experienced in a wide range of complex real estate-related matters from contract through closing and post-closing, Christopher has built a career servicing the real estate industry.
Christopher’s services include a broad spectrum of real estate-related matters including, but not limited to, contract drafting and negotiation, contract review, due diligence, plat review, title review, easements, development agreements and other related documents, closing documents, commercial leasing, homeowners’ association documents, and business acquisitions and sales.
Christopher has also taken pride in supporting his family’s long-standing real estate development company, the Henin Group.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He is also a licensed Florida real estate agent. Christopher has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Rollins College and a master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business.
During law school, Christopher worked as a pro bono legal intern for Gulfcoast Legal Services, supporting a variety of real estate-related matters for indigent clients. After law school, he worked as in-house counsel for a real estate developer supporting the company’s real estate and business needs, including land use and development, construction law, contracts, eminent domain, environmental law, code enforcement, business formation, business compliance, and administrative law.
Born in Paris, France, Christopher is fluent in French and English and takes pride in supporting the needs of local and international clients. Christopher enjoys traveling and has an appreciation for the needs and desires of varying ethnic backgrounds and cultures.
Christopher is a member of The Florida Bar and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator.
