Christopher focuses his practice of law in the areas of residential real estate development and transactional real estate. Christopher is a licensed Florida real estate agent, and as a second-generation real estate development professional, Christopher understands the business risks and what is required to transform client expectations into reality.
Christopher supports the needs of buyers, sellers, real estate developers, and homebuilders with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements and development agreements, title matters, easements, commercial and residential real estate closings, and related transactional documents.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law with pro-bono honors. Prior to law school, Christopher earned his B.A. Degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a focus in International Business and also earned his MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida.
Born in Paris, France, Christopher is fluent in French and English and takes pride in supporting the needs of local and international clients.
