The Henin Group engaged Jon M. Hall Construction of Sanford to manage site development for the final phase at Riviera Bella, an upscale residential community along the St. Johns River in DeBary.
The construction company will develop infrastructure for 153 new homesites in phase nine, completing the entire community’s 710 single-family homesites off Fort Florida Road. Jerome Henin, president and CEO of The Henin Group, expressed satisfaction with the project’s reception: “We’re extremely happy with the reception the community has received from enthusiastic buyers.”
Henin noted that phase eight, developed by D.R. Horton, has fewer than 16 available homesites remaining. He also acknowledged M/I Homes’ “exceptional success in the previous phases of Riviera Bella and magnificent architectures.”
The developer indicated the community’s strong sales performance has accelerated the timeline substantially. “We now expect everything to sell out by next year,” he stated, noting this represents completion approximately two years ahead of original projections.
